All our jewelry is made with pure 18k gold, handcrafted with care. 

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in design or finish may occur. We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but screen differences may affect how they appear. 

2. Orders 

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors or suspicious activity). 

3. Pricing 

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Any error in price listing may result in the cancellation of your order. 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

We deliver across the UAE only. Shipping fees and delivery time will be shown at checkout. 

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days, and we will be in direct contact with you. 

Please make sure your address and contact details are correct to avoid any delays. 

5. Returns & Exchanges 

We do not accept returns, as each piece is handmade and crafted to order. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

All content on this website — including logos, photos, designs, and written content — is the intellectual property of SARAH AYASH JEWELLERY You may not reproduce, copy, or use any material without prior written  permission. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
